CANCELLATION POLICY 

• Due to limited class sizes, we do not give refunds:

• If the cancellation is less than 48 hrs from the published start date/time, we will reschedule you to the next class no penalties.

•  If the cancellation is less than 24 hrs from the published start date/time, you will receive a 50% class fee penalty and will be awarded the remaining 50% towards your next NPFT class. 

• If the cancellation is more than 48 hrs from the published start date/time, we refund you the course fees, less the deposit and processing fees.

  • PayPal and Venmo: refunded course fees less $10 processing fee

  • Eventbrite: less initial processing fee as noted on Eventbrite at time of purchase. 

• Cancellation due to Extreme Weather. Shooting moving targets is a challenging endeavor in all conditions, but in extreme wind or raining even expert shotgunners have challenges.  In the event of extreme weather, you will be given the option to attend the makeup date, the next scheduled similar course offered by NPFT or receive a refund less processing fee.

  • • Processing Fees can be applied towards any NPFT course offered within 12 months of the Extreme Weather Cancelation

    • PayPal and Venmo: refunded course fees less $10 processing fee

    • Eventbrite: less initial processing fee

• Cancellations initiated by NPFT due to a facility event. In the case of facility event, you will be given the option to attend the makeup date, the next scheduled similar course offered by NPFT or receive a full refund.

Refunds are submitted to the original payment provider within 96 hours of the notice, and for the agreed to refund course fee amount, as noted in the cancellation policy.  NPFT is not responsible for, or comments, on payment the provider’s processing time.
