Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 

Full payment of the class fee is due 72 hours before the published class start date and time. Due to limited class sizes, refunds are not provided:

• Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the class start time: You will be rescheduled to the next available, similar class and charged a $20 facilities rebooking fee, due at the time of rescheduling.

  • If you choose not to reschedule: The cancellation will be treated as one made within 24 hours of the start time.

• Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the class start time: A 50% class fee penalty applies. The remaining 50% may be applied toward a future NPFT class.

  • If only a deposit was paid toward the full class fee, the deposit will be used in place of the 50% penalty, and the full course fee will be required for any future NPFT class.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the class start time: A refund will be issued, less the deposit and applicable processing fees.

Processing Fees:

• PayPal & Venmo: Refunds will be issued less a 4% processing fee.

• Eventbrite: Refunds will be issued less the initial processing fee, as noted on Eventbrite at the time of purchase.

Cancellation due to Extreme Weather. Shooting moving targets is a challenging endeavor in all conditions, but in extreme wind or raining even expert shotgunners have challenges.  In the event of extreme weather, you will be given the option to attend the makeup date, the next scheduled similar course offered by NPFT or receive a refund less processing fee.

• PayPal & Venmo: Refunds will be issued less a 4% processing fee.

• Eventbrite: Refunds will be issued less the initial processing fee, as noted on Eventbrite at the time of purchase.

• Note: Processing Fees can be applied towards any NPFT course offered within 12 months of the Extreme Weather Cancelation

Facility-Initiated Cancellations

If NPFT cancels a class due to a facility-related event, you will have the option to:

• Attend the rescheduled makeup date,

• Enroll in the next available similar course offered by NPFT, or

• Receive a full refund of the course fees paid, less any deposit.

Refunds will be submitted to the original payment provider within 96 hours of receiving the cancellation notice, in accordance with the refund amount specified in our cancellation policy.

Please note that NPFT is not responsible for the payment provider’s processing times and does not provide comments or guarantees regarding their handling of the refund.
