Course Notes: This course includes the 1 day basic and the 2-day certification course. Which includes the required Basic Shotgun training on Friday (Aug 22), followed by the Shotgun Instructor course on Saturday and Sunday.
To enroll, candidates must have completed Basic Instructor Training (BIT) within the past 24 months. If you haven't yet taken BIT or need to renew, we're offering a session on Saturday, August 23, at no additional cost for students registered in this course.

This course is the gold standard for anyone new to rifle shooting or looking for a solid refresher. Whether you're starting from scratch or returning after a break, you'll build a strong foundation in firearm safety, rifle operation, and shooting fundamentals.

Become an NRA-Certified Rifle Instructor This 3 day certification program is designed for aspiring rifle instructors who want to teach marksmanship, firearm safety, and foundational skills with confidence.

This objectives based course combines and tests the skills needed to be a responsible CCW holder and defensive shooter.
The skills learned and refined include holster draw, reloads, and malfunction clearance all under timed pressure. This is not a beginner course and it is recommend that the student have complete NRA Basis of Pistol Shooting or NRA Personal Protection Inside the Home.
Each participant must provide a handgun (.9mm or larger), a strongside outside the waistband holster, concealment garment, at least three magazines or speed loaders, magazine pouches or speed loader pouches, and 250 rounds of ammunition.
