Students must demonstrate proficiency with all nine firearm types required by the DOJ:

1. Semi‑automatic pistol

2. Single‑action revolver

3. Double‑action revolver

4. Pump‑action long gun

5. Lever‑action long gun

6. Bolt‑action long gun

7. Break‑barrel long gun

8. Semi‑automatic long gun (magazine‑fed)

9. Semi‑automatic long gun (non‑magazine‑fed)

All firearms and required materials are provided.

DOJ Requirements: Certificate of Eligibility (COE)

To apply for FSC Instructor certification, you must have a valid Certificate of Eligibility (COE).
